Everyone remembers their childhood best friend..  I know I do.  We used to jump on her trampoline until it got dark, then we would bring our sleeping bags outside and have a slumber party.  These girls are besties.  I love the colors, the laughter...  All of it.  Doing this photoshoot was so much fun.  Watching them laugh with eachother, was infectious.  Honestly trying to corral these two was hard, not because they were difficult (which they were not) but because I wanted to join in on their games and play.  Being around them reminded me what it was like to be young again.  I adore my besties I am so thankful for my friendships they make me a better person.  There are somedays though that I wish I was little again, and I could run through the street with my best friend splashing in mud puddles.  I was too busy having fun to realize I was making the greatest of memories.  Now as I have children I get to watcch them form their own best friends.  I get to drive them around listening to their chatter, laughter and jokes.  And although I am not 8 years old anymore, for a brief moment I am let into their world and taken back to a time when innocence was real and smiles are never scarce.  Take time to savor every bit of laughter that you can, because inside that laughter you will catch a glimpse of a time that maybe you thought was once lost.
