Hands and Feet
Allow me to introduce one of my favorite families. Okay, I am bias because this happens to be my bestie... This family knows what it means to love fiercely. I have learned so much by watching this woman mother. She has patience, gentleness, grace and compassion. A nurturing spirit is etched on this gals heart. She is a woman who helps shape her children, community and church. Those who know her, agree. This family opens their doors to children that others wont even glance at, but deeper then that they open their hearts for a lifetimes. Each one of these unique children love and embrace others. They share their home, bathroom, toys and parents with people they would never see as strangers but rather instant siblings. When I think about this family, I see what it means to be the hands and feet of Jesus. This family is what faith in action looks like.
Thank you for teaching me, and thank you for changing the world.
